FAQ
For anything marked Rx, yes — a valid prescription from a U.S. prescriber. Upload a photograph of it and a licensed pharmacist verifies it, usually the same day. Everything marked OTC ships without one.
Yes. Give us the pharmacy's name and phone number at checkout and we will request the transfer. It usually takes one business day, and we will tell you if the prescription has no refills left.
Yes, and not through a chatbot. A licensed pharmacist is available by phone and live chat from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, and will call you back if the queue is long.
Every package carries storage instructions on the label. Anything needing refrigeration is marked on the outside of the box, so it is not left on a counter by mistake.
Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day and arrive next day across the contiguous United States. Temperature-sensitive medicines ship in an insulated pack with a cold chain we can show you.
Yes. Tracking is emailed at dispatch and is also on your account page. For a refrigerated order the tracking includes the temperature log.
Unopened over-the-counter items can be returned within thirty days. Prescription medicines cannot be returned once they have left the pharmacy — that is federal law, not our rule.
Most plans are accepted. Enter your details at checkout and the covered price is shown before you pay, so there is no surprise at the door.
Card, PayPal, HSA and FSA cards. The price you approve at checkout is the price charged — no handling fee appears at the last step.
Card details are handled by the payment processor and never touch our servers. What we keep is the last four digits, so you can tell one saved card from another.
