These terms apply to every order placed through this site. Read them before you place one.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Product information is provided for reference and does not replace a conversation with a prescriber or a pharmacist.
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call emergency services rather than us.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to order, and shipping is limited to addresses within the United States.
4. Prescription Medications
Anything marked Rx requires a valid prescription from a U.S. prescriber. A licensed pharmacist verifies it with the prescriber before the order is filled.
We may decline an order where the prescription cannot be verified, where the quantity falls outside what was prescribed, or where dispensing would be unsafe given what else is on file.
5. Orders & Payment
An order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale, until it is accepted and dispatched. Prices shown include every charge except shipping, which is calculated before payment.
If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatch rather than charging the wrong amount and correcting it afterwards.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm local time ship the same working day. Delivery estimates are estimates; a carrier delay is not a cancellation.
Temperature-sensitive medicines ship in insulated packaging with a monitored cold chain. If a package arrives warm, do not use the contents — contact us and we will replace it.
7. Refunds & Returns
Unopened over-the-counter items may be returned within thirty days in their original packaging.
Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispatched. That is a requirement of federal law rather than a policy of ours, and it applies even to an unopened package.
8. User Responsibilities
Keep your account details accurate and your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if anything on a prescription record is wrong.
9. Your Information
Prescription records are held as long as the law requires and are visible only to staff who need them to fill an order. They are never sold and never used for advertising.
You may request a copy of what we hold, or ask for it to be deleted where the law does not require us to keep it.
10. Changes to These Terms
These terms may change. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place an order.
